Tina is originally from Toone, TN. She attended Bolivar High School where she graduated in 1999. She moved to Jackson, TN when she married her husband Jimmy Azbill in 2003. Tina and her husband have two sons, Noah who is 17 years old and Jonah who is 13 years old. Tina attended Jackson Area Vocational school where she received her dental assisting diploma and then after passing her state boards became a registered dental assistant in 2000. She has worn many hats in our practice from sterilization tech starting her junior year in high school in 1998 to chairside and hygiene assistant, then moving to Treatment Plan Coordinator to Personnel Manager in 2013 and finally to her present position as our Office Manager since 2019. She enjoys spending time with her family and helping her husband with his music ministry. 

Tina graduated high school from Middleton High in 1992 and then followed a job opportunity in which became her passion. She has been a Registered Dental Assistant for 30 years and have worked side by side with Dr. Patel  for 25 of those years. She loves to see the difference our work makes for our patients. The feeling that we get when you change someone’s life by a simple procedure that is usually our daily routine, is indescribable. Tina has lived in Middleton Tennessee all her life. She married her best friend Kevin in 1994. They have three adult children with three bonus in laws and five grandchildren. They love each of them dearly and enjoy every minute they get to spend with them. In her spare time, She loves to read, work on the farm, travel and spend time with family.
